What should I pay attention to in the construction of cyclone separators and material legs?
The upper dome and the lower cone of the cyclone separator are high-temperature wear-resistant castables, and the central straight cylinder is masoned with high-temperature wear-resistant bricks, and the outside of the cyclone separator is installed with a guard plate. The material leg is a cylinder, the internal casting material, the central part is the material retreat insulation layer, the external installation of the guard plate.
The cyclone separator needs to pay attention to the following points during installation.
1. The separator external shield should be kept concentric, and the brick bracket and pull hook should be firmly installed and the size should be guaranteed.
2. High temperature resistant wear resistant brick and high temperature resistant wear resistant castable material in addition to ensure the internal quality, the installation size should also be guaranteed, the cylinder, cone and any section at the top should ensure concentricity, the surface is neat and smooth to avoid serious local wear. The connection part with the material leg should be smoothly transitioned to avoid coking in the throat and causing blockage of the cyclone separator.
