1. Glass kiln wall tiles

Fused zirconium corundum brick is the ideal material for the pool wall of the pool kiln that melts soda-lime-silicon and contains boron. When melting alkali-free or low-alkali glass fiber, due to acid erosion, the material of pool wall brick is AZS brick or dense zircon brick.

2. Glass kiln bottom brick

Pool bottom bricks are required to be wear-resistant and have integrity restrictions, and multi-layer composite pool bottom structures are mostly used. Insulation layer under the large clay bricks. A protective layer and a wear-resistant layer are arranged on the top of the clay brick, and the protective layer is made of zirconium quartz sand ramming material or fused corundum ramming material. The wear-resistant layer is on the protective layer to protect the bottom of the ramming pool and directly contact with the glass liquid.
