Silicon carbide is incorporated with ultrafine powder, calcium aluminate cement as binder and some additives for the production of anti-coating castable. They have low possibility of coating formation during using. With high resistance to abrasion, corrosion and thermal shock, high strength anti-coating castable have high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and low reaction with cement raw meal, which reduces formation of coating ring.
