Xiangyang Cement's 5000t/d cement production line rotary kiln, tertiary air duct and decomposition furnace are made of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES high-strength alkali-resistant bricks, spalling resistant high alumina bricks, GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks and supporting fire clay.
Among them, the composite structure GUIMO bricks are used at 36.6-46.8 meters of the K2 kiln line. When the service time reaches 21 months, the rotary kiln is inspected by the kiln during the overhaul period. The use condition is good, the thickness measurement is above 190mm, and the service life is long.
The cement kiln is lined with refractory bricks, and the overall effect is good, which has been affirmed and praised by Xiangyang Cement.
