CRK-cement rotary kil refractory bricks include spalling resistant high alumina bricks, corundum bricks, GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks, periclase-hercynite refractory bricks, magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, etc. There are many alkali-resistant, wear-resistant and refractory products, and the storage time of refractory bricks is longer than that of indefinite forms, but attention should be paid to drying and moisture-proof.

CRK-cement rotary kiln discharge port and cooling belt. Requirement: The two refractory liners have strong mechanical wear and chemical corrosion due to the combined action of high temperature clinker, secondary air and high temperature flame. Therefore, good wear resistance, slag resistance and thermal shock resistance are required.
Selection: The cooling zone generally adopts the first grade spalling resistant high alumina bricks (Al203 content of 65%~75%), spinel bricks, chrome-magnesium bricks, and phosphate bricks; materials), silicon carbide bricks.

CRK-cement rotary kiln firing belt. Requirements for use: The refractory lining of the sintered belt of the rotary kiln is mainly subjected to high temperature impact and chemical corrosion (alkali erosion). Therefore, it is required to use refractory materials with sufficient refractoriness and high temperature and easy to hang kiln skin, and choose magnesia bricks and chrome magnesia bricks. Rotary kiln transition zone (exothermic reaction zone). Requirements: The kiln skin will hang up from time to time, the temperature changes frequently, the temperature of the cylinder is high, and the chemical corrosion is serious. This requires the advantages of being able to withstand high temperature impact, high temperature flexural strength, and small elastic modulus. High alumina alumina bricks are made of corundum (A1203 content of 50%~%), and are directly mixed with chrome magnesia bricks, ordinary chrome magnesia bricks, and spinel bricks.

Preheater and calciner. Requirements: Use refractory materials for high temperature resistance and heat insulation performance: The above low temperature cyclone can directly pour castables (refractory concrete). Alkali-resistant and wear-resistant clay bricks can be used in the following preheaters, decomposition furnaces and connecting pipes, and add thermal insulation composite layers. The top cover part is hung with refractory bricks, backed with slag wool, and can also be cast with castables. Castables are mostly used on each elbow. The ascending flue at the end of the kiln can be made of semi-siliceous clay bricks with a dense structure to prevent alkali corrosion.

Cement clinker cooling system. The refractory materials used in the grate cooler mainly include refractory bricks, light cast bricks, thermal insulation bricks, thermal insulation boards, etc. Common chrome-magnesia bricks and high-purity aluminum bricks can be used in high temperature, material throat area, high temperature area and high temperature area. Clay bricks can be used in low to medium temperature areas.

How long can refractory bricks generally be stored? What are the precautions for storage?

High temperature-resistant bricks can be stored for a long time, but attention should be paid to drying and moisture-proof. Magnesia bricks have poor moisture-resistant performance, and are damaged by moisture, deterioration and cracking. Magnesia bricks should be placed in a dry place and covered with a tarpaulin when entering the factory. The storage capacity is not expired. The rainy season of unburned magnesia bricks should not exceed 3 months in the south, and not more than half a year in the north. The fired magnesia bricks can be slightly longer. Prevents throwing and bumping during handling.
