1. Preparation:

2. Infrastructure construction:

Build a layer of concrete foundation or refractory brick base at the bottom of the lime kiln as a support for high alumina bricks.

Clean up the base surface to ensure it is level and clean.

3. Masonry high alumina bricks:

According to the design requirements, the high-alumina bricks are built layer by layer according to a specific masonry method. Masonry methods (such as horizontal and vertical staggered masonry methods) or chamfering methods (such as 45-degree chamfering masonry methods) are usually used.

During the masonry process, use a brick hammer and a level to adjust the high-alumina bricks to ensure the flatness and verticality between the bricks.

Ensure that the gap between bricks is controlled within the design requirements and filled with refractory glue or mortar.

4. Cutting and trimming:

As needed, high alumina bricks are cut and trimmed using cutting machines and other tools to meet specific shape and size requirements.

5. Curing and maintenance:

After the high alumina brick masonry is completed, it is cured and maintained. According to the material and thickness of the high alumina brick, control the appropriate curing time and temperature to promote the high alumina brick to achieve the expected hardness and fire resistance.

6. Inspection and maintenance:

Before the lime kiln is put into operation, a final inspection and test is carried out to ensure that the quality of the high alumina bricks meets the requirements.

During the use of the lime kiln, regular inspection and maintenance of high alumina bricks, timely repair and replacement of damaged bricks, ensure the normal operation and long service life of the lime kiln.
