The application of Mg-Al-Cr refractory brick in volatilization kiln mainly involves rotary volatilization kiln (precalciner kiln) and rotary kiln (rotary kiln) in cement production process.

1. Rotary volatilization kiln: Rotary volatilization kiln is an important equipment in cement production, which is used for calcining raw materials and precooking fuel. At high temperatures, limestone and other raw materials undergo a chemical reaction to form clinker. The application of magnesia-aluminum-chromium refractory bricks in volatilization kilns is mainly to protect the kiln barrel and inner lining, withstand extreme temperature, chemical erosion and mechanical shock, ensure the stable operation of the equipment and prolong the service life.
