1. Rotary kiln discharge port and cooling zone
Requirements: The refractory linings at the two places are subject to strong mechanical wear and chemical erosion due to the joint action of high-temperature clinker, secondary air and high-temperature flames. Therefore, refractory materials are required to have good wear resistance, slag resistance and thermal shock resistance.
Selection: Class I high-alumina bricks (Al₂O₃ content 65%~75%), heat-shock-resistant high-alumina bricks, spinel bricks, magnesia-chrome bricks and phosphate bricks are generally used in the cooling zone; high-alumina bricks are commonly used at the discharge port , refractory concrete (corundum as aggregate) and silicon carbide bricks, etc.
2. Rotary kiln firing zone
Requirements: The refractory lining of the firing zone of the rotary kiln is mainly subject to high temperature impact and chemical erosion (alkaline erosion), so it is required to use refractory materials with sufficient refractoriness and easy to hang the kiln skin at high temperature, and choose magnesia bricks and chrome-magnesia brick.
3. Rotary kiln transition zone (exothermic reaction zone)
Requirements: The kiln skin here will hang and come off from time to time, the temperature changes frequently, the cylinder temperature is high, and the chemical corrosion is serious. Therefore, the requirement is to be able to withstand high temperature impact, and to have high high temperature flexural strength and small elasticity. Modulus refractories.
Selection: high-alumina bricks made of corundum (Al₂O₃ content is 50%~80%) and bauxite, directly bonded magnesia-chrome bricks, ordinary magnesia-chrome bricks and spinel bricks, etc.
4. Preheater and calciner
Requirements: High temperature resistance and heat insulation performance of refractory materials.
Selection: The cyclone cylinder with lower temperature in the upper stages can be poured directly with castable (refractory concrete). Alkali-resistant and wear-resistant clay bricks can be used for the following stages of preheaters, calciners and connecting pipes, and a heat-insulating composite layer should be added. The roof part is hung with refractory bricks, backed with slag wool, and can also be poured with castables. Each elbow is mostly poured with castables. Semi-siliceous clay bricks with relatively dense structure can be used in the ascending flue at the kiln tail to prevent alkali erosion.
5. Cement clinker cooler system
The refractory lining materials used in the grate cooler include refractory bricks, lightweight castables, heat insulation bricks and heat insulation plates, etc. Ordinary magnesia-chrome bricks and high-purity high-alumina bricks can be used in high-temperature areas, feeding throat areas, and high-temperature areas. . Clay bricks can be used in medium temperature and low temperature areas.
ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES has been focusing on the R&D and production of refractory materials for 38 years, based on the high-temperature industry, and its ingenious craftsmanship has created a benchmark for the refractory material industry. A series of high-end refractory materials for the cement industry have been developed to meet the needs of various refractory materials in the cement industry. The products have created a number of safe use records in the cement industry, and have been widely recognized by many well-known domestic cement group companies.
