Although the use environments of refractory materials for CRK are very different, they also have some things in common: severe chemical aggressive atmosphere; large mechanical stress and wear, strong thermal shock stress, so a series of refractory materials must be used. Looking at the above situation, the difference is mainly the temperature difference. For this reason, the main requirements for refractory materials are: strong chemical corrosion resistance, high strength, wear resistance, strong thermal shock resistance, and the refractoriness of different parts is quite different.
The damage causes of refractory materials for CRK can be roughly divided into: thermal shock cracks and mechanical stress damage, alkali spalling, wear and tear of abrasive air scouring materials, and damage caused by non-material properties such as construction and maintenance. Therefore, the choice of refractory materials should be more careful.
