When operating, you should maintain a prudent and positive attitude. You must be fully prepared, but you must not be too nervous and dare not operate boldly.       Both theory and practice have proved that for precalciner kiln, when the output is too low, it is similar to the working state of hollow kiln and preheater kiln. Due to the unstable state, process failure is easy to occur, but when the output is high, it is conducive to stable operation, so it should be To break the stereotypes, if there is no equipment failure, one should try to break through the "operational dead zone" stably, and basically reach normal production within 3 to 5 days after the initial ignition and feeding.

      The operation of a large rotary kiln with a calciner is relatively complicated, especially during the feeding process from ignition to normal operation, the working conditions of the firing system change more frequently. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize and follow the following principles to ensure the success of feeding the system once.

      1. Control the temperature at the kiln tail to 950~1000°C, and the outlet temperature of the first-stage cyclone to 340~380°C, and start feeding after a period of time when it can be balanced and stable.

      2. Detect the temperature and pressure of the main control points of the system at any time. Because this is the main parameter for adjusting coal, material and wind in the operation of the firing system.

      3. After feeding into the system, before the raw material enters the burning zone, the operation mode of "retaining the fire and waiting for the material" will be adopted. It is necessary to ensure that the firing has a certain high temperature and the brick surface is red, and it is also necessary to prevent the refractory brick from being burned due to excessive temperature; Agglomerates or run raw. Therefore, according to the performance of refractory bricks, a slightly lower KH value and SM value can be adopted, the chemical composition of raw materials can be strictly controlled, the firing temperature can be stabilized at about 1400 ° C, and a good flame shape and combustion state can be adjusted.

      4. During the entire operation process from the clinker entering the cooler to normal production, the cooling efficiency of the cooler should be ensured, the appropriate cooling air volume and grate bed speed should be controlled, and the secondary and tertiary air temperatures should be increased as much as possible. The internal combustion atmosphere and sintering capacity, as well as the smooth ignition and feeding of the calciner and the rapid normal operation of the calciner are particularly important.

      5. The operation should maintain a prudent and positive attitude, dare to operate boldly, be good at seizing the opportunity, and strive to quickly break through the "operational dead zone" that easily causes system thermal system disorder, and achieve normal and stable operation as soon as possible.

      6. In the specific operation, special attention should be paid to the following three points:

      (1) Coal and material should be matched, air, coal, material and kiln speed should be balanced and matched, and the adjustment range should not be too large.

      (2) When there is hot clinker on the grate bed of the grate cooler, try to avoid stopping the cooling air. Even if the kiln and the grate bed stop running, the clinker on the grate bed (at least the high temperature section) should be completely cooled before stopping the wind.

      (3) Strengthen on-site inspection tours and pay close attention to the pressure detection of each part of the preheater. When material accumulation and blockage are found, they must be dealt with in a timely and decisive manner. Special emphasis should be placed on cleaning materials carefully to ensure safety and prevent accidents such as burns.
