ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES' bricks have been widely used in industrial high temperature kilns, and its production process is also very cumbersome, and the most important thing is that every step is very strict. The following is an example of the often used ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES high alumina bricks.
1.Selection of raw materials:
The raw materials that meet the content requirements of refractory bricks are selected, and the preparation of clinker is to calcine the refractory high-alumina raw materials at high temperature into granular materials and fine powders of all levels.
2.Scientific ingredients, crushing, grinding and screening:
The calcined refractory high-alumina clinker is used as barren material, and a certain proportion of combined high-alumina is added to make a mixture. The proportion of mixed clinker is large, which is called multi-clinker product. This kind of crystal has high volume stability and good other properties, but requires strong molding. Multi-clinker bricks are the most widely produced and used high-alumina products.
The mixture is formed after kneading or re-kneading the trapped material. There are many ways of forming, but now semi-dry pressing is mostly used for multi-clinker products. The molding method and molding pressure have an effect on the fine density, structural strength and slag resistance of the brick.
3.Feeding into the warehouse, pressing and forming:
The powdered and granular clinker is forced through the conveyor belt, and then under the mechanical force of the 5000-ton press, it is strongly pressed and formed.
4.Drying:
The semi-dry compacts have low water content, almost no shortening when the water evaporates, and can be quickly dried or directly loaded into the kiln. The key factor in the drying process control is the drying speed, which should be based on the principle of ensuring that the bricks are not deformed, cracked and have a certain strength. The moisture content of the bricks entering the kiln is controlled to be less than 2%.
5.Firing:
The sintered refractory bricks have the dimensions, fineness and porosity of a certain strength, high mechanical strength, good volume stability, good fire resistance, and stable thermal shock resistance.
6.Sanding and Packing
For refractory bricks with uneven surface, carefully smooth them with a grinding machine to prevent uneven force in the kiln and fall off. After inspection, the refractory materials are packaged and put into boxes.
