The 10th Shanghai International Refractory Exhibition, hosted by the China Refractory Industry Association, was held from November 29 to December 1, 2023, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
The 10th Shanghai International Refractory Exhibition, hosted by the China Refractory Industry Association, was held from November 29 to December 1, 2023, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As a leading enterprise in the domestic refractories industry, Zhenjin Refractories was invited to participate in this exhibition.
Led by Ms. Song Caihong, the General Manager of Zhenjin Refractories, this exhibition aimed to showcase the Refractories's achievements in research and development and technological innovation to global customers.
Zhengzhou Zhenjin Refractories Co., Ltd has been committed to promoting industry innovation and development. In this exhibition, not only did we exhibit a wide range of product lines, including high-performance refractory bricks, unshaped refractories, etc., but we also focused on displaying Zhenjin's innovative accomplishments in environmental protection and energy conservation.
For example, we showcased periclase-hercynite refractory bricks that could still maintain a thickness of 200mm after 414 days of use in a cement kiln with a production line capacity of 100,000 t/d. We also presented MA-8 magnesia-alumina spinel bricks that demonstrated the same performance as international benchmark brands under the same operating conditions in a rotary kiln. Additionally, our composite structure GUIMO bricks were capable of reducing barrel temperature directly by 90-120°C.
These products possess excellent characteristics such as resistance to erosion, thermal shock stability, and easy adherence to kiln coating, making them ideal chrome-free alkaline refractories.
Zhenjin's exhibition booth attracted significant attention from numerous visitors, and our outstanding product quality and innovative technologies received extensive recognition from experts and customers both domestically and internationally. It played a positive role in expanding Zhenjin's international influence and exploring international markets.
