Gunning material refers to the unshaped refractory material that is constructed by spraying equipment powered by compressed air. During the construction of the gunning material, the dry or semi-dry material is transported with compressed air, and water is added to the nozzle for mixing. Not easy to fall down.
For the gunning material, it is usually formed by pouring or smearing in domestic laboratories. This method is quite different from the state when it is used for construction. In February 2005, the International Organization for Standardization announced the draft by the British (BSI). Draft standard for the preparation of spray material samples ISO/FDIS20182:2005(E), the standard uses a pneumatic spray gun to spray the material onto the template, and selects the diameter of the hose for spraying according to the maximum particle size of the material. When it is less than 5mm, the diameter of the hose should not be greater than 32mm ; When the maximum particle size exceeds 8mm, the diameter of the hose is 5 times the maximum particle size.
According to ISO/FDIS20182:2005(E), the standard template for injection is 500mmX500mm, the bottom edge is 100mm, and the template is placed at 60°~70° to the horizontal plane to prevent the ejection material from falling off. When spraying, make a right angle between the nozzle and the template, and keep the nozzle and the sprayer at the same height, the distance between the nozzle and the template is 0.5~1m, start from the bottom of the template, and spray up and down in a horizontal direction until the thickness of the spray layer reaches 100mm. Finish the top surface and corners, but do not use a spatula to smooth the surface of the coating. The sprayed material should be cured at 20~25C for at least 24h. After curing and drying, cut them into corresponding sizes according to the inspection items for inspection.
