Materials and products made of inorganic non-metallic materials with a refractoriness of not less than 1580°C are all refractory materials. Refractory materials can be divided into two major categories: shaped (refractory bricks), amorphous (castables, plastics, ramming materials, etc.), heavy and light, ordinary, and special, and also according to industry kiln equipment, Chemical properties, materials, etc. For a detailed introduction, please refer to Baidu Encyclopedia Refractory material Which industry does the refractory material belong to? According to the "Recent Social and Economic Industry Category", the metallurgical industry, thermal insulation and refractory materials belong to the C category processing industry, and the 40 category mining enterprise property products industry. According to the B2B platform classification, some belong to the chemical industry, some are divided into building materials industry, some are divided into metallurgy, etc. Refractory materials bel

Refractory raw materials
Silica raw materials, wax stone raw materials, clay raw materials, high alumina raw materials, dolomite raw materials, magnesia raw materials and others.

siliceous raw material
The siliceous refractory mineral raw material is mainly silica. Silica is not a mineral name but an industrial term, and the industry calls the bulk siliceous raw material silica. Its main minerals are quartzite, and its main chemical composition is SiO2. Silica can be classified according to the degree of structural compactness, the rate of crystal transformation and the degree of thermal expansion. Generally speaking, crystalline silica is purer and denser, and can be used as a raw material for making bricks and preparing siliceous refractory concrete. Cemented silica contains many impurities and is easy to loosen after burning, so it is rarely used.
Pyrolite raw materials: Generally speaking, aphthrite refers to the ore with a slippery feeling, which is mainly pyrophyllite, so it is also called pyrophyllite. Most of the waxstones used in industry are mainly pyrophyllite, and are dense massive ore symbiotic with minerals such as kaolinite, diaspore, quartz, chalcedony and mica. Natural wax stone can be used to produce semi-silicon refractory products.

Clay raw material
Clay is not a single mineral, but a mixture of multiple hydrous aluminosilicate minerals with a diameter of less than 0.001mm (or less than 1~2μm). It is characterized by plasticity in wet state and fine powder state (obtained by crushing and mixing with water), hardening after drying and vitrification by heating at a sufficiently high temperature. Clay can be divided into primary clay and secondary clay according to its growth conditions, and can be divided into soft clay and hard clay according to the plasticity of clay. According to the rock type, it is divided into kaolin, kaolinite clay and kaolinite clay rock.

High alumina raw material
The raw materials for the production of high-alumina products can be divided into: aluminosilicate minerals, such as sillimanite, kyanite and andalusite, and synthetic mullite. Hydrous alumina minerals are bauxite, such as diaspore, bauxite, and gibbsite. Anhydrous alumina raw materials, such as natural corundum, industrial alumina, fused corundum, etc. Among them, bauxite can be divided into:
(1) diaspore-high alumina (D-K) type
(2) diaspore-pyrophyllite (D-P) type
(3) Boehmite-kaolinite type (B-K) type
(4) Diaspore-Ili stone (D-I) type
(5) diaspore-kaolinite-rutile (D-K-R) type

Magnesium raw materials and others
The main raw material for the production of magnesia refractories is the sintered magnesia with a certain particle composition. It is made of sintered magnesia crushed. Sintered magnesite can be obtained by calcining magnesite. In addition, sintered magnesia can also be extracted from seawater, salt lake brine, dolomite, serpentine and brucite. But at present, my country's sintered magnesia is still mainly obtained by calcining natural magnesite, and the salt lake magnesium extraction project is under construction. Olivine minerals include a group of minerals that are similar in composition and belong to the orthorhombic system. The most common minerals in nature are forsterite and forsterite. But only pure peridotite or serpentinized pure peridotite with less iron can be used as raw material for producing refractory materials.

Refractory FAQ
refractory castable formulations There are many refractory castable formulations, roughly aggregates, powders, binders (additives), etc. There are a lot of related recipes on the Internet. Academics, patents, etc. have been introduced. There are also special formulas for sale, so I won't introduce them too much here.

refractory soil
Refractory, also known as clay refractory, is a kind of soil used to set the furnace. It is a weak acid refractory material with good thermal stability. It is suitable for building hot blast stoves, various boiler linings, and flues and smoke chambers. Wait.
