Zhejiang Haolong Building Materials Co. Ltd. is a cement manufacturer with a history of more than thirty years. The leading product of the company, "Haolong" cement series of ordinary silicate cement, has been enjoying high reputation in the market for its good appearance and color, stable inner quality and construction performance. It enjoys high reputation of product quality and is favored by customers. The company's 5000t/d rotary kiln project can produce 11,000 tons of cement clinker per day, which is a large rotary kiln cement production enterprise in Quzhou City.
Haolong Building Materials purchased silimo wear-resistant bricks, low thermal conductivity anti-spalling bricks, silimo fireclay and other refractory materials from ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES in 2016 for the 5000t/d cement line project. During the construction process, ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES sent technical personnel to guide the masonry according to the site specifics to ensure the neat and standard construction of the rotary kiln and effectively extend the use of refractory bricks.
GUIMO abrasion resistant brick adopts high-quality silicon carbide and high-purity bauxite for clinker as the main raw material, using refractory materials and other complex phase modification, adding oxide superfine and specific additives, so that the series of products form a dense glaze film on the surface at high temperature, preventing the refractory liner from reacting with the material and delaying the speed of penetration and erosion, so that the products have high resistance to chemical erosion and excellent wear resistance, and are the preferred materials for the transition zone and pre-heat zone of large cement kilns.
