Case Introduction
Qinghai Haixi Chemical Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Haixi Chemical Construction) is a large-scale cement production enterprise in Haixi. It currently has a production line of wet rotary kiln with an annual output of 300,000 tons and a dry rotary kiln production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons. One production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons of clinker machine shaft kiln.
Haixi Chemical Construction has purchased refractory products from ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES since 2009, mainly including high-strength alkali-resistant bricks, spalling resistant high alumina bricks, and high-alumina castables. During use, the overall operating condition is good, the refractory bricks have good wear resistance, and there is no red kiln phenomenon. After use, the overall thickness of the residual bricks is more than 150mm, and the service cycle is long. The company's clinker production has achieved good economic benefits.
