Huaxin Cement (Zhaotong) Co., Ltd. was established in 2004. The company's new dry-process clinker cement production line has an annual output of 1.2 million tons of clinker and 1.5 million tons of cement. Zhaotong Cement has cooperated with the company since 2004. The ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES periclase-hercynite refractory bricks used from 2013 to 2014 have been used for nearly 11 months. The overall effect is good. The thickest part of the residual brick is 150mm, which improves the cement kiln safe operating time.
The periclase-hercynite refractory bricks used by Zhaotong Cement during the cooperation period are in the form of compound addition of hercynite, using special production technology to ensure that Fe in the product exists in the form of divalent iron ions, so that the product has good quality. Adhesive kiln skin performance, erosion resistance and flexibility, it is an ideal chromium-free basic refractory material for cement rotary kiln burning zone.
