Case Introduction

The cement production line of Huaxin Cement Zigui Company adopts the new dry pre-decomposition production process, and has complete Huaxin modern technical equipment and advanced production technology. It can produce 1.8 million tons of cement annually, generate 50 million kWh of electricity annually, and treat 150,000 cubic meters of floating debris in the Three Gorges.

Zigui Company achieved remarkable results when using ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES products. Among them, the periclase-hercynite refractory bricks replaced in 2012, the thickness of the brick is still 120-150mm after 13 months of use, reaching and exceeding the contract period, and during the construction process, 7 technicians from ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES were on site.
