Case Introduction
Hunan Shaofeng Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd.'s 5000t/d production line fire zone and transition zone refractories all use ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES with direct bonded magnesia-chrome bricks and magnesia-alumina spinel bricks. Among them, from November 2009 to January 2011, it ran safely for 14 months.
The high-temperature firing zone of the rotary kiln uses direct bonded magnesia-chrome bricks, which have good thermal shock stability, good kiln skin bonding performance, high temperature resistance, and strong resistance to spalling and erosion.
The magnesia-alumina spinel brick used in the transition zone has high temperature resistance, good wear resistance and high thermal shock stability.
