Case Introduction
The 5000t/d cement production line of Zhongjin Cement(Yuzhou) Co., Ltd. is a new dry process cement production line. Since 2011, ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES series refractory bricks have been used: high-strength alkali-resistant refractory bricks, spalling resistant high alumina bricks, GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks, periclase-hercynite refractory bricks, in good condition.

High-strength alkali-resistant bricks are produced from low-aluminum refractory clay as the main raw material. They have a high-temperature ceramic crystalline phase structure, which closes the open pores of the product, so as to achieve the purpose of resisting chemical corrosion and preventing the penetration and deposition of alkaline gas and impurity components. It is widely used in cement kiln preheating zone system.
