Case Introduction

The 3200t/d cement line of Chongqing Fufeng Cement Group Special Cement Co., Ltd. is a new dry process cement production line.

Since 2011, the use of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIE refractory bricks, especially periclase-hercynite refractory bricks, has a service cycle of more than 12 months.

Periclase-hercynite refractory bricks are made of sintered magnesia and preformed hercynite, and the firing process has to be control to assure the form of Fe2+ in the spinel. The features of the product are strong coata­­bilty, flexibility, corrosion resistance, peeling resistance and excellent thermal shock resistance. It is an ideal chromium-free basic refractory material for the burning zone of CRK.
