Case Introduction
The kiln type of Tongchuan Shengwei Building Materials Co., Ltd. is a φ4.8m × 74m rotary kiln, and three kinds of refractory bricks from ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES are used, which are directly combined with magnesia-chrome bricks, periclase-hercynite refractory bricks, and GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks.
During the process, it was directly combined with magnesia-chrome bricks to be repaired after safe operation for 14 months, which fully met the company's kiln operation requirements. The periclase-hercynite refractory bricks were repaired after 12 months of use. The thickness of the old bricks was greater than 160mm, and the use condition was good. GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks are also in good condition. The overall service cycle meets the requirements of Shengwei Building Materials for the use of refractory bricks, and gives recognition to ZHENJIN REFRACTORIE products.
