Case Introduction
Xinjiang Qingsong Cement purchased ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES in 2012. The whole kiln was constructed by the professional construction team of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES. A total of 426.9 tons and 74 meters of refractory bricks and castables were replaced. The operation was in good condition during operation, and the refractory bricks had good wear resistance. After 12 months of use, the overall thickness of the residual bricks is more than 135mm, which has reached the expected technical indicators and usage conditions.
In the process of use, turquoise pine cement is mainly made of magnesia-chrome bricks, which are refractory products with MgO and Cr2O3 as the main components, periclase and spinel as the main mineral components, with high temperature strength and alkali resistance. It has the characteristics of strong erosiveness and excellent thermal stability, and is widely used in the burning zone of CRK and the regenerator of glass kiln.
