Case Introduction
Oriental Hope Chongqing Cement Co., Ltd. has adopted a new dry-process cement production line decomposed outside the kiln.
Since 2010, it has used ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, high-strength alkali-resistant bricks, spalling resistant high alumina bricks and supporting fire clay. Since the ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES magnesia-alumina spinel brick is mainly made of high-purity magnesia, it has good wear resistance, dense structure and high filling degree of the matrix part, which improves the safe operation period of the CRK.
At the same time, the high-strength alkali-resistant bricks used have a high-temperature ceramic crystal phase structure, which closes the open pore channels of the product, thereby achieving the purpose of resisting chemical corrosion and preventing the penetration and deposition of alkaline gas and impurity components. It is a common refractory material for cement kiln preheater systems.
