Xingchuancheng Cement's 5000t/d cement production line, before the use of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks, the temperature of the high temperature zone of the kiln body is 350-360 ℃, since 2012, the use of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES' perclaes-hercynite refractory bricks and GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks, the temperature in the high temperature zone of the kiln body dropped from the original 350-360°C to 315-325°C, and the kiln body temperature dropped by about 28°C, which proves that the perclaes-hercynite refractory bricks and GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES. The thermal insulation effect of wear-resistant bricks is good, which effectively reduces the use of pulverized coal and reduces the company's cost.
Perclase-hercynite refractory bricks are made of sintered magnesia and preformed hericynite, the features of the product are strong coatability and flexbility corrosion resistance, peeling resistance and excellent thermal shock resistant, it has been well received by many customers.
