Case Introduction
Xinjiang Tianji Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Tianji Cement) is located in Aksu, Xinjiang Autonomous Region. It mainly produces cement clinker and cement transportation. Since 2012, Tianji Cement's 3500t/d new dry-process cement production line has adopted the GUIMO abrasion refractory bricks and perclase-hercynite refractory bricks of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES.
The GUIMO abrasion refractory bricks are an independent research and development product of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES and was awarded the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Achievement Award. In the Tianji cement production line, the service life has reached 15 months. The GUIMO abrasion refractory bricks uses high-quality silicon carbide and high-quality high-alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw materials, using the complex phase modification technology, adding oxide ultrafine powder and specific additives, the product forms a dense enamel protective layer on the surface at high temperature, It prevents the reaction between the refractory lining and the material, and is an ideal material for the transition zone and preheating zone of the cement kiln.
