The two 2000t/d dry process cement production lines of Tibet Cement use ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES' products for rotary kilns, preheaters and tertiary air ducts: magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, GUIMO abrasion resistant bricks, spalling resistant high alumina bricks and phosphates High-alumina bricks are of good quality and have a service life of more than 13 months, which fully meets the needs of customers.
The rotary kiln uses magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, which are high-grade basic refractory materials with periclase and spinel as the main minerals. They are formed by high pressure molding and sintered at high temperature. Mineralizer products can also be customized according to the working conditions and specific physical and chemical indicators.
