Since the ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES magnesia-alumina spinel brick is mainly made of high-purity magnesia, it has good wear resistance, dense structure and high filling degree of the matrix part, which improves the safe operation period of the CRK.
At the same time, the high-strength alkali-resistant bricks used have a high-temperature ceramic crystal phase structure, which closes the open pore channels of the product, thereby achieving the purpose of resisting chemical corrosion and preventing the penetration and deposition of alkaline gas and impurity components. It is a common refractory material for cement kiln preheater systems.
The refractory bricks of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES are of good quality. After 13 months of use, the thickness of the bricks remains above 160mm, and the wear resistance is good, which reduces the number of kiln shutdowns of our kilns and increases enterprise benefits.
