Longyuan Construction Anhui Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Longyuan Cement) is a subordinate company of Longyuan Construction Group Co., Ltd., a national super-qualified construction enterprise, and is a high-grade cement manufacturer. The company's new clinker production line is equipped with 4.5MW and 9MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation projects, which improves the energy utilization rate of the enterprise, meets the requirements of the country to build a conservation-oriented society, and has significant economic, social and environmental benefits.

The firing zone of Longyuan Cement adopts perclase-hercynite refractory bricks of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES. After 12 months of use, the thickness of the old bricks is greater than 160mm, and the use condition is good, and the surface temperature of the kiln shell has not changed. The transition zone adopts the magnesia-aluminum spinel brick of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES, which has a service cycle of more than 12 months. The brick has the advantages of good thermal shock stability, corrosion resistance and peeling resistance, and can completely replace imported products.

Perclase-hercynite refractory bricks and magnesia-aluminum spinel bricks are both star products of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIES, and are favored and praised by many cement companies. In particular, perclase-hercynite refractory bricks are applied to the 10,000-ton line of Huaxin Cement (Huangshi) CO., Ltd. The first cycle runs safely for 410 days, and the second cycle is still in safe operation since it was ignited in November 2021, and it is expected to achieve better results.
