The 3200t/d cement line of Chongqing Fufeng Cement Group Special Cement Co., Ltd. is a new dry process cement production line.
Since 2011, the use of ZHENJIN REFRACTORIE refractory bricks, especially periclase-hercynite refractory bricks, has a service cycle of more than 12 months.
Periclase-hercynite refractory bricks are made of sintered magnesia and preformed hercynite, and the firing process has to be control to assure the form of Fe2+ in the spinel. The features of the product are strong coatabilty, flexibility, corrosion resistance, peeling resistance and excellent thermal shock resistance. It is an ideal chromium-free basic refractory material for the burning zone of CRK.
The periclase-hercynite refractory bricks supplied by ZHENJIN REFRACTORIE are of good quality. Since it was used at the end of February 2011, there has been no change in the surface temperature of the cylinder, and it is expected to be used for more than 12 months. When we build masonry, we can see from the outside that the product has good dimensions and good quality performance.
